The largest gathering of people wearing hard hats is 2,136, and was achieved by Bullard (USA) at Rupp Arena, Lexington, Kentucky, USA, on 12 January 2019.

The entire lower seating area of Rupp Arena, home of the University of Kentucky Wildcats basketball team, was a sea of blue hard hats ahead of the men's NCAA game against Vanderbilt. The hard hats were donated by Bullard, a local company.
