The highest altitude hospital (from 101 to 499 beds) is 4,351 m (14,274 ft 11.21 in), and was achieved by CMO Group, Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola - USIL and Gobierno Regional de Pasco (all Peru) at Hospital Daniel Alcides Carrión, in Cerro de Pasco, Pasco, Peru, on 26 November 2019.

A total of 186 beds were counted on the day of verification of the record and some of the services provided by the hospital are hospitalization, neonatal ICU and urgent care.
