The most push ups (finger tips, carrying 60 lb pack) in one minute is 58, and was achieved by Irfan Mehsood (Pakistan) in Dera Ismail Khan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, on 26 May 2022.

Irfan specialises in various weighted pack exercises. He has previously achieved titles including most jumping jacks in one minute carrying a 60 lb pack (male) and most two finger push ups (two arms) in one minute carrying a 40 lb pack.

He beat his previous record by 9 push ups.
